Old 27 is paved. Weather permitting, pavement striping, and shoulder work will be complete by the end of October.
Old 27- Expected to be paved 10/10/2022
Old 27 – Reith Riley was awarded the low bid with an estimate of $310,462.00. The expected start date for this project is September 12 with an expected completion date of October 14 2022.
Old 27 – proposed resurfacing from the intersection of Old M-76 (South Grayling Road) north to Four Mile Road in Beaver Creek Township. Roadway will be resurfaced with 4E1 Hot Mix Asphalt @ 200#/sq. yd. The Road Commission will place 23-A Crushed Gravel on the shoulders. Estimated project cost is $365,640.00. Funding consists of STP Funds (Federal) of $120,239.00. TEDF State D Funds of $6,466.00 and County Road Millage Funds of $238,935.00. Project is currently waiting to be bid via MDOT Local Agency Programs.
